Ice Skating in London
Natural History Museum

Bookings are being taken for skating sessions which start
on Nov 10. The NHM has a 1,000-metre square outdoor rink,
plus a smaller rink for children, in front of the museum.
A Christmas fair alongside the ice features 38 stalls selling
handmade jewellery, glassware, ceramics, toys and food.
Kew Gardens Ice Rink

A 1,000-square-metre rink, with space for 250 to skate at
a time, in front of the Temperate House. Go after dusk for
the magical experience of walking through the gardens beneath
floodlit trees. The ice rink café serves hot chocolate, mulled
wine and festive snacks. Opens Nov 25, bookings being taken.
Tower of London Ice Rink

The ice rink returns to the Tower Moat which offers skaters
a grand view of the Tower. The Moat Café is nearby and ready
with warming drinks. Bookings are being taken for skating
sessions which begin on Nov 24.

Greenwich Ice Rink

Bookings are being taken for sessions which start on Dec 8.
For the fourth year, visitors can skate on a rink with views
of the Queen's House and Greenwich Observatory and across
the Thames to Canary Wharf. The rink measures 750 square metres
and can accommodate 250 skaters per hourly session and there's
an on-site café selling snacks.
